1, What are regular prices and discout prices?

There are two prices on the website, one is regular prices, another is discount prices. Regular prices is not wholesale prices, discount prices is wholesale prices, which is more better than regular prices.

2, How can I get discount prices ( wholesale prices)?

Please register and post orders, then please wait, we will quote discount wholesale prices for you asap. bigger order, better discout prices!

3, How to register?

Click “ register” at homepage, put in your accurate shipment address,especially your country and phone numbers. Then click “save”, then you will finish registration,then you can post orders.

4, How to order?

Step 1, please register firstly, please put in your accurate information, including your accurate shipment address, your country, your phone numbers, your emails.

Step 2, After registeration, and then you can choose products you are interested in, click the button “add to cart”, put in the quantity, and write in your special request or questions.

Step 3, when you finish, then click “ post this order” , then you will go to one confirmation page, then click “post this order”, then your order is built.

Step 4, waiting for my prices, our team will quote prices asap, please check your orders later.

Step 5, after prices quoted, you can edit your order according to our prices, you can edit the quantity or delete products and click “update the order” if you do not like the prices, you can cancel anything, even cancel the order.

Step 6, if you like the order, please click“confirm the order “ ,then our team will tell you shipping cost, if you agreed, then we discuss payment methods.

IMPORTANT NOTIFICATIONS:once you confirm the order,you will not be able to edit the order, even we can not edit it.

5,Do you accept retail orders?

Yes, we accept retail orders.but we can not give much discounts for retail orders.

6, How can I pay for my orders?

7, How will my orders be delivered?

9, If some products sold out, missing, or damaged, can I get credit or refund?

No problem, we promise security of online orders, if some products sold out or missing, we will give you credit for next order, or refund you, and also we will give you credit of the shipping cost. And if damaged before you receive your orders, we will still be responsible. We will also give you credits, or refund your payment.

10, Some products with $0, why?
